This was my first time ever going here . When my wife first walked up she was greeted by a woman who let her know all the options and even reminded her to take a look at the topping to make sure we really did want everything on it I decided to try the vegan nachos and a beet lemonade . The nachos were worth every single penny. There was an huge portion. I shared with my wife ,, overate myself,, & still had leftovers Every thing was delicious . The pico on top tasted so fresh jalapeños were washed . All of the sauces on the nachos blended together seamlessly the chips were delightful and the hummus in replace of cheese is brilliant. Newly finding out that I’m allergic to dairy & gluten I was afraid of loosing nachos but I was satisfied for the first time ! Money well spent even though I was very skeptical at first because this was my first time trying anything like this . I have a very sensitive tummy and nothing on my nachos bothered me. It was a refreshing takeout experience and I will be going back . I’ll choose this over fast food options. I’ve already told four people about this place because it was yummy ! I just need you guys to travel to cedar ! Thank you for a great experience .

Loaded Nachos, yum yum yum. The vegan cheese is so good..you will think it's real dairy cheese because it taste similiar. Creamy and loaded with nutrition. Beans so soft and good. I love the nachos I have gotten them about 6 times.

Love love love this yummy vegan cafe! I tried the beet poke bowl, so delish! They have amazing nachos and beet lemonade. Yum. Cute seating area, space for small groups.

2 adults and 1 child shared the original nachos and they were amazing! They have a few tables inside for dine in. We also got the mango bowl that was a nice dessert. All in it was less than $30 for the 3 of us (without drinks).

FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!! I eat vegan and gluten free, so it is so exciting to have a cafe where I don't have to think about my dietary restrictions and just order anything and everything! So glad to have this place in St. George! I got Beet lemonade, nachos and a cheezecake, they were DELICIOUS- and huge portion sizes!!! Looking forward to being a regular here

St. George has been in need of more vegan-friendly dining options, and The Hearty Beet is a true gem. What started as a food truck has blossomed into a welcoming café, and it’s quickly become one of our go-to spots in town. The quality of the food is excellent, and the value is even better. My wife and I usually order the Loaded Nachos on greens, and even the half portion is huge—we almost always leave with leftovers. The portions are generous without sacrificing freshness or flavor.
